Auditions for the Boulder Burlesque Beginner Troupe are held every fall in October. The troupe will meet regularly on Sunday afternoons.
The audition is not open to the public for viewing just to those involved in the audition.
For consideration please complete this form within 24 hours of the audition.
What to Expect/How to Prepare:
1. Please come in an outfit you feel sexy, comfortable, and able to move in. You may want to dress with the ability to reveal layers, but reveals are not required. If you chose to wear heels, please check that the tips are intact and will not scratch the dance floor.
2. Bring your honest, authentic, sexy self, and a water bottle and snack.
3. Be ready to explore your personal edges.
4. Be prepared to construct a 2-3 min. group burlesque routine.
5. Present 1 minute of choreographed dance prepared in advance.
